HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?



*Important Delivery Information: Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates provided by our delivery partners. While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions where delays occur during transit which are beyond our control.

*Public Holidays Exclusion: Deliveries are not conducted on public holidays, and these are not counted as business days for delivery purposes.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Typical transit times for regular delivery are 3 - 7 business days.

WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

Each order is packaged with care. However, in the event your order is lost or damaged in transit please email us at hello@nexussportsnutrition.com or use the contact form below and our Customer Service team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please be make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We truly believe you will LOVE your Nexus Products products! However, if for any reason, the item is faulty please email us at hello@nexussportsnutrition.com within 30 days for a return. If you receive an incorrect item with your order, please let us know immediately so we can fix it.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we do! International shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and delivery times vary from 1-5 weeks depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.

Our protein water includes ingredients derived from animal sources and is not classified as vegan.
