FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

We have a strict fraud policy in place to protect our customers. When you complete an order, and pay by credit card, you may be requested to provide additional information to prove that you are the credit card owner. Your order will not be dispatched until your details have been verified.

Nexus has a strict no-tolerance policy against fraud. If your order is found to be fraudulent, or a chargeback is incurred unlawfully, Nexus will prosecute to the full extent allowable under Australian law. Any details collected by our electronic systems will be supplied to the QLD Police.

The customer accepts liability for any legal and or other expenses incurred by Nexus in their attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount.

Except where noted otherwise, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) displayed for products on our web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Our sell price is the price you will pay including GST, no hidden cost. Prices do NOT include freight or postage. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices are regularly updated and subject to change without warning.
